In the art store you can choose any of our available products you like or place an order for a custom-made product in accordance with your wishes.
Lead time of each order is
determined by the complexity of the product, its elements, packaging, the
number of copies required. That is why lead time is agreed upon when placing
the order.
Custom-made orders have their advantages: we create the piece exclusively for you, taking into account your specific wishes. For instance, it can be a portrait moulding for the sculpture or piece of jewelry you choose, and it will become a personalized gift to someone special in your life. Such kind of work is more complicated, time-consuming and more expensive but as a result it can be a unique gift for years.
We receive orders for presents to be given on various occasions. These could be birthdays and anniversaries, professional and family celebrations, the birth of a child, children’s parties, graduation from school or university, wedding gifts, a present for your significant other, to your children or parents, and those who are dear to your heart.
How to buy
Each item of the catalogue has its name and consecutive numbering #1,2,3 till100 and further on.
Placing an Order
You can place your order on our website www.artvass.com (Feedback section), over the phone or via email any time convenient for you.
Our consultant will get in touch with you in order to confirm your order and will inform you on the expected delivery date. If the item you are buying is in stock, it will be sent to you as soon as it is paid for. If the desired item is out of stock, it will be custom-made for you.
As soon as the item you have ordered is ready, we will get in touch with you to inform you on the expected delivery date.
Production terms are set individually and depend on the material used, type of coating, finishing and packaging of the product. Order placed during holidays season and during high season might require more time for its production.
It is highly recommended to place your order in advance, preferably 30-60 days (or more) prior to the desired date of the delivery.
If you place an order via email or over the telephone, you should indicate the name and the number of the item, the number of items you wish to buy and your preferences concerning packaging. You also need to leave your address and other required details of the order.
We offer two kinds of packaging: premium gift boxes made of fine wood with suede lining as well as stylish cardboard gift boxes.
When placing an order and upon the request of the customer we offer to sign a manufacturing and supply agreement. You will find the agreement in the legal footer section of the site.

Warranty
Quality of ARTVASS studio products is our priority.
Studio ARTVASS. provides a warranty for all its products purchased in accordance with the offer agreement provided on our website.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects during standard use of the product and is regulated by Article 470 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
We guarantee the quality of the product at the time it is received by the client. Further maintenance of products depends primarily on the conditions of its usage. If the product is not exposed to an aggressive environment or abrasion, it will retain its appearance for a long time.
If a client contacts us with a quality issue within 30 days after purchasing a product, we consider each request individually and are ready to replace the product if the cause of the defect lies in the production process. Manufacturing defects is confirmed by an examination conducted by the ARTVASS workshop. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, as well as damage caused by external mechanical impact, improper care or use of the product for the purposes other than intended by the author.
Return and Exchange
You may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item in question is to fully retain its saleable condition.
Should you choose to return your purchase, the refund will be issued for the full amount of the order less the cost of consignment return. The return will be issued within three days from the day the items is delivered to the warehouse. If you have any questions, email us at priztender@gmail.com.
Product Care Guidelines
Care instructions are identical to those for any item of jewelry and requires delicate handling.
Avoid contact of plated-coating of the product with abrasive or aggressive materials and solutions, avoid direct contact with household chemicals, cosmetics, and grease. The product should be cleaned with a lint-free soft dry cloth. Pieces mounted on the marble stand should be lifted holding the marble part and not the sculpture itself.

QR-code Payment
You may pay for the order using our bank account information (given below) as well as upon the receipt of our invoice, or using a QR-code, with the credit card and any other convenient way of payment.
The site offers a QR-code
generated for the Tochka Bank. In camera mode, point your smartphone at it, the
QR-code will be automatically recognized and will take you to the banking
application of your choice.
Using Sberbank as an example, we show how simple and convenient it is to use. You enter the purchase amount yourself, confirm it and the payment is completed. At the same time, this is a secure payment since you do not have to share your credit card details. Payment takes place with a minimum commission of 0.7%, and you see and confirm whom, how much and what you are paying for.
The
receipt of the purchase is saved in the application.
