Этапы работы над проектом
Эскиз
От идеи к ее выражению. Каждый из проектов рождается как изначальное авторское озарение и желание перенести задуманное в рисунок, сохранив главное в своей идее.
Лепка модели
Рабочая модель на этом этапе лепится автором в пластилине с желанием передать в скульптуре свою изначальную идею. В объемной лепке модель выглядит точнее, чем в эскизном, двухмерном варианте, и максимально приближается к завершенному виду изделия.
Формовка
На этом этапе изготавливается резиновая форма, точно копирующая авторскую модель, в которую далее будет введен жидкий воск для изготовления восковки, ее обработки и затем отливки восковой модели в бронзе.
Изготовление восковых моделей
Это восковки в различных сортах воска, после обработки и перед отправкой в литье.
Процесс литья металла
Процесс литья в металле — древнейший способ увековечить изделие автора, используется и сейчас. Принцип выплавления восковой точной копии автора и заполнение этого пространства раскаленной бронзой, латунью или иным металлом — это и есть процесс литья по выплавляемым моделям.
Обработка металла после литья
Обработка металла после литья — важнейший технический и художественный процесс по доводке изделия и его поверхности уже в металле до финальной стадии перед покрытием.
Покрытие драгоценными металлами
Последующие после ручной обработки изделия работы по покрытию драгоценными металлами приводят нас к рождению авторского произведения в его завершенном виде.
Хрусталь различных цветов, по собственным авторским эскизам мы изготавливаем на наших партнерских предприятиях.

From Imagination to Expression
Most part of the author’s ideas are filled with the spirit of sculpture and plastic art.
After many hours of work, author’s inspiration first transpires in the sketches that set the beginning for the creation of the work of art.
Sculpturing
First drawn by the author, the model then passes to the stage when it is made in plasticine in order to get as close as possible to the expression of the original idea. It often happens so that the plasticine model looks more accurate than the idea reflected in the flat two-dimensional sketch. As a result, you can estimate the volume and get a better idea of the end product.
Moulding Works
After sculpting comes the technological process which marks the beginning of the long path to the final result. It begins with the molding of the product.
Wax Works
Melted wax is poured into the mould which, in its turn, will become a wax copy of the product.
These are wax copies prepared to be cast in bronze.
Casting
Casting is the most ancient of ways to immortalize the work of the author. Casting has its advantages and as well its peculiarities, one of which is called lost wax casting. The wax model is smelted into metal with utmost precision. This is a traditional process that our studio adheres to till present day.
Post-casting treatment
Once a casting in bronze, brass, silver or other metal has been made, craftsmen move to the most important stage of post-casting processing.
They remove the surfaces, mint, weld, grind, solder, sandblast the product, etc. This is a long, labor-intensive process that requires knowledge and special abilities, which are acquired only with extensive experience.

This is a time-consuming process that requires knowledge and special skill that can only be acquired with the experience over the years.

Applying texture to the surface of a product and giving it a specific leathery/skin pattern.
Each product undergoes a number of stages of manual processing for metal finishing.
Each piece undergoes the finishing comparable to that of a piece of jewellery, and that is considering that some of the items reach the size over several of tens of centimeters.
Author’s Mark and product number
Each piece receives an individual number in addition to personal author’s mark, previously applied in wax and modified in metal since pieces are produced in the limited amount.
Author’s trademark serves
as a confirmation that the product was made by Anatoly Vasilyev Studio.
Plated Coating
At this stage, our product is subjected to plated coating which is the most important step in executing author’s design.
Control of coating and the finest texture is revealed precisely during the process of electroplating.
The first result.
Gift boxes. Wrapping
There is also one more cycle of production, and that is the production of gift cases made of veneered wood of valuable kind. These boxes are created for ease of carrying and delivery, we have developed and manufactured special straps made of high-quality leather which are lightweight and durable and easy to fold. They also constitute the original idea of the author and require a separate production cycle.
We produce premium gifts cases made of wood with suede inside, for products from 5 to 35 cm.
H-15 is the second size option of this series.
An advertising poster with a full-scale product and several pieces in a series of different coatings, such as gilding, silvering, blackening, patina.
This is a gift box that bears Anatoly Vasilyev’s logo and contains a souvenir.
A gift case for the product of H-35cm with leather straps for transportation. It is made taking into consideration the weight of natural stone, which, in its turn, is separately selected and processed according to the given parameters of color and the type of stone, its dimensions, and types of straps chosen for the product.
This is an exciting and pleasant moment when we bid farewell to a piece of our heart and warmth hoping that the gift will serve for a long time as an attractive magnet in the home, office, fashionable and bright space.
“Everything will be fine! ” is an important message to our customers. A special gilded plate we made and installed on a marble base contains this message thus expressing hope that this is exactly what our customers’ lives will celebrate!
